Recently, Rep. Martha Roby’s name was included on a list of potential gubernatorial candidates for 2018.

Is this an office she would consider?

Roby hedged her bets.

“Obviously, I love what I’m doing now,” the three-term representative said. “I’m on the ballot in November, and asking the people of the Second District to allow for me to continue.

“Every time, Riley and I are approached with a decision, we do so prayerfully, and we would do so in the future,” she said. “For now, I’m enjoying the House of Representatives.”
