• Kimberly Fowler, 31, for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled substance, and held on a $13,000 bond.
• William Cameron Reed, 58, being held for another agency.
• Lucretin Hamilton, 44, for failure to appear, and held on a $300 bond.
• John Dee Blacker, 57, for possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana second, possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $20,500 bond.
