Crash injured 3 [updated with names]

- The driver was able to get out of the cab, which burned, and was thought to have a broken leg and ribs. Several people were transported to the hospital.
Alabama State Troopers have released the details of a five-vehicle accident that occurred Tuesday afternoon on Hwy. 29 that injured three people.
Roy Dale Wallace was travelling southbound on US 29 in a 16 Kenworth Tractor Trailer when it struck multiple vehicles stopped in traffic for highway construction crews.
Also injured in the crash were Kevin Loren Williamson, driver of a 2005 Freightliner Tractor Trailer, and Stephanie Pittman, driving a sport utility vehicle. All three were transported to Andalusia Regional Hospital for treatment. The crash occurred on U.S. 29 at the 31.8mm in Covington County.
Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
