The Covington County Commission recently presented a proclamation honoring the late Mrs. Ethel Robertson for her faithful service to the Covington County Department of Human Resources Board of Directors. Ms. Robertson was appointed to the board in the fall of 1979 and her first board meeting was January 1980.
