Riley Grace Lowery was crowned homecoming queen at Pleasant Home Friday night by last year’s queen, Camille Holley. Lowery was escorted by her stepfather, Russell Wiggins.  She is also the daughter of Kristin Wells Wiggins and Brian and Abby Lowery.
