What an exciting Super Bowl

I’m not a fan of either the Philadelphia Eagles or the New England Patriots, but Sunday night’s Super Bowl was one of the most exciting games I’ve watched.

Outside of Philly, there weren’t many that believed the Eagles, who were being led by the backup quarterback, could deny Tom Brady his sixth Super Bowl title, but that’s exactly what happened on a cold Sunday night in Minneapolis.

Led by backup quarterback, Nick Foles, the Eagles cruised through the playoffs and into the Super Bowl where they denied Brady his quest for history.

Brady out passed Foles, but it was the Eagles’ signal caller who came up with one of the biggest plays of the game.

Facing fourth-and-goal, the Eagles ran a reverse where Foles became a receiver. Foles hauled in the pass a touchdown.

What made the play more interesting, was the fact the Patriots had previously tried a similar play, but a wide-open Brady was unable to secure the pass.
