The Andalusia Bulldogs (10-3) hit the road on Tuesday for the first area game of the season and came back home with a 13-0 victory over the Ashford Yellow Jackets.

Ethan Wilson got the Bulldogs started off with a single to open the game.

Wilson moved around to third off of an error.

Garrett Davis drove Wilson in with a hard-hit ball to short that caused an error.

Davis later came around to score off of an error to put the Bulldogs up 2-0.

Jacob Cravey took to the hill for the Bulldogs in the bottom of the first inning and sat the Yellow Jackets down in order via strikeouts.

J.W. Jones singled to start the top of the second inning then stole second base.

Cravey dropped down a sacrifice bunt to move Jones to third, and then a single from Gill Morgan allowed Jones to score.

A few batters later, Davis picked up his second RBI of the game when he drove in Morgan with a single.

In the bottom of the second inning, Cravey walked the first batter, but retired the next two with a strikeout and ground out.

Cravey hit the next batter, but promptly picked him off at first for the final out of the inning.

Sebaskin Stalloworth singled with one-out in the top of the third inning and later scored to put the Bulldogs up 5-0.

Cravey continued his strong efforts and kept the Yellow Jackets off the board through three innings.

The score remained 5-0 heading into the bottom of the fourth.

In the bottom of the fourth, the Yellow Jackets picked up a lead off single for their lone base hit of the contest.

The Bulldogs opened up the flood gates in the top of the fifth inning as they piled on eight runs in the frame.

Chip Morgan drove in  Stallworth and after several walks and errors, Wilson drove in three runs with a triple.

Cravey finished off the Yellow Jackets in order in the bottom of the fifth inning to give the Bulldogs a 13-0 victory.

Cravey picked up the win going five innings, with seven strikeouts and just one hit.

Wilson finished the game 3-for-4 with three RBIs.
