NOLA BELL COLVIN

Mrs. Nola Bell Colvin, 94, just hours shy of her 95th birthday, formerly of Andalusia, passed away Tue., May 29, 2018, in Irving, Texas.

She was the daughter of Jessie O’Neal and Rosa Williams Gibbons, and was born on May 30, 1923, in Red Level.

Funeral services were held on Sun., June 3, 2018, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Monroe Sasser officiating. The interment followed in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery. Visitation was on Sunday at Foreman Funeral Home.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Yvonne L. and J.R. Reeves of Irving, Texas; her grandchildren, Teresa Y. Rodden, Pamela L. Letbetter, Jeffrey A. Dean, and Phillip Dean; and three great-grandchildren, Nicole L. Letbetter, Stephanie M. Head-Parker, and Brittany L. Letbetter.

She is preceded in death by her son, Brooks Dean, who lived in Montgomery.

ANNIE LAURA LAMBERT

Mrs. Annie Laura Lambert, 88, of Red Level, passed away Sat., June 2, 2018, at her residence.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thu., June 7, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Billy Boles officiating. The interment will follow in Fairmount Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Foreman Funeral Home.

She is survived by her son, Lehn Lambert of Red Level; one daughter and son-in-law, Debbie and Billy Liles of Red Level; two grandchildren, Wesley (Victoria) Liles of Hattiesburg, Miss., and Savannah (Shane) Betterton of Dothan; and many nieces and nephews.

LYDIA JIMMERSON JOHNSON

Mrs. Lydia Jimmerson Johnson, age 64, of Opp, died on June 1, 2018, at her residence.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by her husband, Phillip Johnson of Opp; one daughter, Brandy Blue Bodiford of Andalusia; one grandchild, Evan Williams ; and a brother, Steve Jimmerson of Andalusia.

The family received friends Monday at Foreman Funeral Home. Memorial services for Mrs. Johnson will be held at a later date.

MARY AGNES JOHNSON

Mrs. Mary Agnes Johnson, 83, of the Red Oak community, passed away Fri., June 1, 2018.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Mon., June 4, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Donnie Uptain officiating and eulogies given by Harold Elmore and Bobby Joe Johnson. The interment followed in Judson Cemetery. Visitation began at 1 p.m. Monday at Foreman Funeral Home.

She is survived by two daughters, Joye Lynn Cender and Steven of Andalusia, Mary Jean McCart of River Falls; six grandchildren, Tammy (Doug) Whiddon, Debbie (Matt) Cameron, Anthony Cender, Jason Cender, Leigh Ann Parrish, and Jeremy Newsome; seven great-grandchildren, David Whiddon, Noah Whiddon, Bryan Cameron, Kynleigh Parrish, Zoe’e Bush, Emilee Bush, and J. C., along with many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack D. Johnson; her son, Jimmy D. Johnson; a daughter, Donna Jan Newsome; and son-in-law, Jerry McCart.

Ms. Mary Elizabeth Wishum, 98, of Andalusia, passed away Sun., June 3, 2018, at Andalusia Manor.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m., Wed., June 6, at Southside Baptist Church with Brother Bill Pritchett officiating. The interment will follow in Salem Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Southside Baptist Church.

She is survived by three nieces, Lenora Sheffer, Mary Cross, and Mary Jean Tomlinson, and three nephews, Danny Powell, Tom Powell, and Ricky Wishum, along with other extended family members.

Zaderios “Zadigg” Arleric Tamon McCaskill

Zaderios “Zadigg” Arleric Tamon McCaskill, age 22, of Andalusia, went to be with the Lord on Sat., June 2, 2018.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Nataska and Steven Walker of Andalusia; his father, Herman Haynes of Georgiana; his sister, Merikal McCaskill; and his paternal grandmother, Clementine Pugh of Georgiana.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Sun., June 10, 2018, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel of Andalusia. Memorialization is by cremation. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. Wed., June 5, 2018, at Keahey Funeral Home.
