God and politics are how this country began.

It seems as though we have a person who writes something in the Andalusia Star-News every week that proves she needs to move to another state to write her liberal views about the people in Alabama of the city of Andalusia. Maybe she would be right at home in California where her liberal views would fit in better. Someone else might enjoy her writings. We don’t.

I don’t understand why this woman thinks we should only carry our Bibles to church, but otherwise don’t take them out in public. I am a Christian and I am proud to say so! It seems, however, that she forgets this country was founded on belief in God and country. Our founding fathers spoke of God and the Bible when they wrote the Constitution. Maybe if more people talked about the Bible in politics, more people would change the way they are living. I ask this writer, are you ashamed to hold a Bible in your hand? Sure seems like it.

America got its start in the church by God-fearing, God-believing people. If liberal Democrats could have it there way, they would take God out of everything. They are trying ever day. Their agenda supports everything that God is against: abortion, homosexual marriage, transgenders, men going into little girl bathrooms and dressing rooms, dis-honoring our flag, dis-honoring the brave men and women who died for that flag! This county has done pretty well recognizing God for 300 years. Why turn our backs on Him now?
