Andalusia Civitan Club holds special program

Curtis Thomasson (left), district chairman for Campus Civitan clubs, and William Blocker (far right), president of the Andalusia club, greet Peggy Windham, governor of the Alabama West-Florida Civitan District, who presented an informative and inspiring speech and three students who reported on their experiences at the National Leadership Forum, which they attended the week before. The reports included praising the various speakers and group activities teaching them citizenship and how to develop leadership skills. The students who are from left to right in the photo include Riley Chen from Pleasant Home School, Kayleigh Williams from Andalusia High School, and Elizabeth Porter from Straughn School. Tanner Cheshire of Straughn School was unable to attend the meeting.
