South Central Alabama Mental Health, Darby’s Village Pharmacy, the Covington County Children’s Policy Council and the 22nd Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force worked together this week for a prescription drug take back event. Members of the DTF are shown with the 105 pounds of pills that were collected.

For those who missed the event, there also are drop boxes for outdated or unused prescription pills in local law enforcement offices.
