Curry Wilson Meadows

The Rev. Curry Wilson Meadows, 94, of Andalusia, passed away Saturday, December 29, 2018, at Andalusia Hospital.

Brother Meadows spent many years preaching and serving many local Baptist churches throughout the county.

Funeral services will be at 10 a.m., Mon., Dec. 31, from Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with his grandson, Brother Ken Mancill, officiating the service. The interment will follow in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at Foreman Funeral Home.

He is survived by his wife of 73 years, Ruby Duke Meadows of Andalusia; one son and daughter-in-law, Eugene and Sara Meadows of Andalusia; a daughter and son-in-law, Elaine and Ricky Counts of Andalusia; his grandchildren, Jeff and Tanya Mancil, Ken and Amy Mancill, Gary and Cindy Meadows; six great-grandchildren, Trenton Mancill, Taylor Mancil, Cale Mancill, Brooke Mancil, Jamey Meadows, and Samuel Meadows; a great-great-grandchild, Ava Mancill; one brother, Joe Tom Meadows of New Smyrna Beach, FL; and sister, Ora Nell Harrison of Columbus, GA.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Edgar Eugene Meadows and Mollie Belle McCord Meadows; his sister, Louise Davis; and brother Edmund Meadows.

Pallbearers will be Jeff Mancil, Gary Meadows, Trenton Mancill, Cale Mancill, Ricky Counts, and Randall McCart.

Mrs. Donna Little Worley, age 65, of Andalusia, passed away on Thurs., Dec. 27, 2018, at her residence.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Sun., Dec. 30, at Foreman Funeral Home Chapel with Brother William Worley officiating. Interment followed in Salem Cemetery. A visitation will be held Saturday from Foreman Funeral Home.

She is survived by her husband, Wesley Worley of Andalusia; daughters and sons-in-law, Wendy and Mike Hussey of Daleville, Ala., and Valerie and David Cooper of Andalusia; son and daughter-in-law, Jamie and Jennie Owens of Andalusia; grandson, Marcus Kirby of Andalusia; granddaughter, Madison Cooper of Andalusia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Virginia Little; brothers, Daniel Little and Mike Little; and sister, Hoylene Owens.
