Mr. Glover Waits Barnes, 65, of Andalusia, passed away Monday, July 19, 2021, at his residence.

A memorial graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 4, at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Dr. Kevin Wilburn officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. No formal visitation will be held. The family will visit with friends at the cemetery following the service.

He is survived by his son, Jonathan Glover Barnes of Honolulu, Hawaii; three brothers, George and Patricia Barnes of Andalusia, David Barnes of Destin, Florida, Michael Barnes and Kelli Voce of Panama City, Florida; two sisters, Marion Barnes of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, and Ada and Chad Mitchell of Panama City; also many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Christian Service Center, P.O. Box 416, Andalusia, AL  36420.
