Mr. Steven Earl Bess of Samson passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2021, in the Geneva hospital.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Friday, September 24, 2021, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel in Andalusia. The family received friends at Keahey Funeral Home one hour prior to services in the chapel. Rev. Jack Chancey will officiate. Interment followed in Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.

Left to cherish his memory, father, Leon Earl Bess, Jr. of Samson, brother, Christopher Carlton of Dothan; sisters, Jessica Wilbanks (Larry) of Wicksburg, AL; Crystal McIntosh, Kimberly Bess, both of Enterprise and Samantha Wheeler (Dustin) of Opp; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A 2006 graduate of Samson High School, Mr. Bess loved attending church and attended both the New Life Worship Center Church and First Baptist Church of Samson. He loved fishing, football, and listening to music.
