Mr. Billy Gene Sellers, 79, of Red Level, passed away Friday, Jan. 7, 2022, at Andalusia Hospital.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2 p.m., at Fairmount Baptist Church with Brother John Bell officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. The interment followed in Vera Cruz Cemetery. Visitation began at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Fairmount Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Jane Cook Sellers of Red Level; four daughters and sons-in-law, Nancy and David Clark, Regina and Tripp Bass, Katie and Randall Lee all of Andalusia, and Amanda and Mike Neuendorf of Birmingham; 12 grandchildren, Courtney Bass Patterson (George), Elizabeth Clark Loflin (Andrew), Clara Bass Mellown (Matt), Mitchell Clark (Angela), Ben Clark (Samantha), Colby Lee, Rosemary Bass, Abigail Lee, Sellers Neuendorf, Brody Lee, Gabe Neuendorf, and Beck Neuendorf; five great-grandchildren, Henry Patterson, Hollis Patterson, Julia Loflin, Charlie Mellown, and Lydia Loflin; two brothers, Jerry Sellers of Dothan and Len Sellers of Stockton, Alabama; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.

Pallbearers were Mitchell Clark, Ben Clark, Colby Lee, Sellers Neuendorf, Brody Lee, Rodney Pierce, and Jordan Sellers.

Honorary pallbearers were Gabe Neuendorf and Beck Neuendorf.

The family will accept flowers or memorials may be made to Fairmount Baptist Church.
