Mr. Lester Lamont Wheeler, 67, died Thursday, March 3, 2022, at his residence.

Funeral services will be Saturday, March 5, 1:30 p.m., at Foreman Funeral Home with Reverend Gary Holloway officiating. Interment will follow services at New Pigeon Creek Cemetery.

Lamont was preceded in death by his parents Lester and Helen Wheeler.

Mr. Wheeler is survived by his devoted wife: Rhonda Wheeler of Red Level; two daughters: Wendy (Ladon) Hudson of Brantley, Becky (Michael) Jackson of Opp; two sons: Doug Wheeler of Andalusia, Lex (Katie) Wheeler of Red Level; grandchildren: Sahtanna Lawson, Ladin Wheeler, and Abigial Wheeler; brother: Elliott (Lanette) Wheeler of Wing; sister-in-law: Greta (Foster) Wells of Red Level; numerous other family and friends.
