Mrs. Willie Mae Willson, age 94 of the Gantt community died on April 5, 2022, in Gantt.

Graveside services for Mrs. Willson will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2 p.m., from the Able Cemetery in Gantt. Reverend Greg Hart will officiate. No formal visitation is scheduled; the family will visit with friends at the gravesite.

Mrs. Willson is survived by three daughters and three sons, Cynthia Willson of Gantt; Sandra Kay and Tim Montanaro of Newnan, Georgia; Beverly Willson Cooper of Andalusia; Marvin and Judy Willson of Mountain View, Hawaii; Mike Willson of Mountain View, Hawaii; Len and Kathy Willson of Shreveport, Louisiana; a daughter-in-law, Carolyn Willson of Gantt; 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; four sisters, Earsie Delchamps of Evergreen, Anna Merrill of Florala, Doris Connor of Savannah, Georgia, and Josephine Powell of Mobile. Mrs. Willson was preceded in death by her husband, Ansel Willson; a son, Scott Willson; and son-in-law, Tony Cooper.

Pallbearers will be Len Willson, David Tatum, Tim Montanaro, Erick Arnold, Dillon Roland, and C. J. Caine.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Gantt Baptist Church.
