According to Opp Police, the Criminal Investigation Division of the Opp Police Department received information regarding stolen property at a residence in the 300 Block of 16th Street on Thursday.

Investigators obtained a search warrant for the residence and located more than 30 items stolen from another residence in Opp. Opp Police Chief Kevin Chance said the incident occurred on April 7.

Investigators have arrested and charged Carrie Sue Mayberry, 41, of Opp with third degree burglary and second-degree theft of property.
