Investigators with the Opp Police Department are looking into the death of two men whose bodies were discovered Tuesday morning.

Opp police discovered the bodies after receiving a call for a welfare check at a residence on Bryant Circle. When no one answered the door, police made forced entry and the two bodies were discovered in a bedroom of the residence.

The Opp Police Department has identified the men as Kincey Troy Jeffcoat, 60, and Raymond Lloyd Anderson, 63. Police said the bodies had been in the home for an unknown amount of time prior to discovery.

Published reports indicate that narcotics were found at the scene.

Both bodies were sent to the Department of Forensic Sciences for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.

OPD officials said no additional information is available at this time as the active investigation continues.
