Mr. Jerry Paul Sambola Sr., 62, of Andalusia, passed away Saturday, Oct. 15, 2022, at his residence.

Graveside services will be Friday, Oct. 21, 2 p.m., at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Brother Jerry Varner officiating and Foreman Funeral Home directing. Visitation will begin Friday at 12:30 p.m. at Foreman Funeral Home.

He is survived by two sons, Jerry Sambola and Chris and Katie Sambola of Southaven, Mississippi; five granddaughters, Haley, Madilyn, Casidee, Karlie, and Carrie; one brother, Wayne Sambola and wife, Patti of Slidell, Louisiana; one sister, Elsie Nelson and husband, Mike of Andalusia.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Melvin John and Elsie Esteves Sambola, and his brother, Mickey Sambola.
