The Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce announced Wednesday that Andalusia native and Insight Global CEO Bert Bean will serve as the guest speaker at the Chamber’s annual banquet Thursday, Feb. 9.

“We are excited about Bert returning home to speak at our annual banquet this year. We know he will deliver a message worthy of capturing the attention of our audience. We look forward to having him in attendance at this year’s banquet,” AACC Executive Director Laura Wells said.

As the CEO of Insight Global, Bean leads a team of more than 4,000 employees across 66 offices in the United States and Canada, employing more than 30,000 consultants and serving over 3,000 customers. He is a 17-year veteran of the staffing industry and began his career at Insight Global as a recruiter. Since being named CEO in 2018, Bert’s relentless focus on growing people personally, professionally, and financially has led to strong success, doubling the size of the company to $4 billion in revenue.

Through his leadership, Insight Global’s business has expanded to include the creation of Insight Global Health and Compass, which aids clients in company cultural transformation, leadership development, and talent management strategy. He also transformed Insight Global’s vision and accelerated its commitment to social equity. With this commitment, Insight Global hired its first director of diversity, equity, and inclusion to create a division that solely focuses on the implementation of diverse practices for employees and clients.

In 2022, Bert spearheaded ensuring access to free mental health counseling services for all employees. Insight Global is an industry-leading talent solutions company and has been named a Best Place to Work for Women by Fortune for four years running.
