CRUISE INTO A CAREER: Chamber holds ribbon cutting for LBW’s new recreational vehicle

The Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the LBW Career Cruiser at Andalusia Elementary School on Wednesday, May 3.

Among those in attendance were LBW President Dr. Brock Kelley, cutting the ribbon assisted by two AES kindergarten students; LBW Director of Workforce and Development Chad Sutton, left of Kelley; LBW Dean of Student Affairs Jason Jessie, right of Kelley; LBW Director of Institutional Advancement Chrissie Duffy, far left; AACC Executive Director Laura Wells, left of ribbon; AACC Director of Membership Services, right of ribbon; Chamber President Mellisa King; several Chamber board members; Andalusia City Councilman Presley Boswell; Dist. 4 Commissioner Tommy McGaha; LBW mascot Blue; and several AES kindergartners.

The LBW Career Cruiser will be used for the college when taking career awareness and exploration on the road.

At the ribbon cutting, AES kindergarten students were given the opportunity to explore the inside of the Career Cruiser.
