• Using their opponents’ combined win total last year, the Midshipmen will be playing the 85th-ranked schedule in terms of toughness.
• Navy will have the 37th-ranked schedule in college football, based on its opponents’ projected win total this season (72).
• The Midshipmen are facing the 68th-ranked conference schedule this season (based on their AAC opponents’ combined win total last year).
• Navy has seven games this season against teams that finished above .500 in 2023. That schedule includes three teams that ended with nine or more victories and three squads with less than four wins last season.
• The Midshipmen will go toe-to-toe with six teams in 2024 who played in a bowl game in 2023.

• The Midshipmen ranked eighth-worst in total offense (300.3 yards per game) last season, but they played slightly better on defense, ranking 46th with 353.7 yards allowed per game.
• Navy was a bottom-25 scoring offense last year, ranking ninth-worst with 17.7 points per game. Defensively, it ranked 38th in FBS (22.4 points allowed per game).
• The Midshipmen were a bottom-25 pass offense last season, ranking third-worst with 105.7 passing yards per game. On defense, they ranked 65th in FBS (224.8 passing yards allowed per game).
