The Andalusia Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed The Twisted Turnip to the local business community with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Monday, Dec. 2.

The restaurant, located at 21925 U.S. Hwy. 84, opened in late August and specializes in comfort and soul foods with a “twist” as well as hand-cut, sterling ribeye steaks Thursday through Saturday nights.

The Twisted Turnip is open for lunch on Thursday, Friday, Sunday, and Monday from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., and for dinner on Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Monday from 4 to 9 p.m.
