Opp Police Department Chief Kevin Chance recently attained certification as a Certified Law Enforcement Executive through the State of Alabama Peace Officers’ Standards and Training Commission (APOSTC).

To achieve this prestigious certification, Chief Chance completed 240 hours of executive training in law enforcement, further demonstrating his dedication to enhancing his knowledge and leadership in the field.

“Join us in congratulating Chief Chance on this outstanding accomplishment,” City of Opp officials said.
