The cities of Andalusia and Opp have announced dates for their annual farmers market this year.

The Andalusia market will be open from Saturday, May 3, until Saturday, July 26. Hours will be each Saturday and Wednesday from 7 a.m. until noon on the front lawn of the Kiwanis Community Center.

In Andalusia, the quota for crafter and baker vendors has been met.

“We’ve had a great interest in our market for crafters and bakers. We are all looking forward to seeing everyone again this year and hopefully some new faces,” Andalusia officials said in a release.

The Opp market will be open each Saturday beginning May 10, and ending Sept. 13. Hours will be from 7 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the corner of College and Covington Streets.

Officials with the Opp Farmers Market are currently seeking vendors for fresh produce, homemade goods, plants, crafts, and more. Those interested in becoming a vendor are asked to email Joni Lolley at joni@oppcoc.net or call 334-493-3070.

“We are gearing up for a fantastic season, so let’s make this season the best one yet,” Opp officials said in a release.
