Pleasant Home seniors, Jackson Hawkins, seated left, and Nathan Hobbs, seated right, signed cross-country scholarships with LBW Community College Wednesday.

Both athletes had productive senior seasons for the Pleasant Home cross country team.

In addition to their on-field successes, Hobbs is the valedictorian and Hawkins is the salutatorian of Pleasant Home’s Class of 2025. After LBW, Hobbs plans to transfer to the University of West Florida to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering while Hawkins plans to transfer to Auburn and pursue a degree in Electrical Engineering.
