Florala went all three games in a baseball quarterfinal-round state playoff series at Leroy on Friday, May 2, and Saturday, May 3, falling short in two games to end the season.
The Wildcats end the 2025 season with a 20-10 record.
“I’m extremely proud of our resilience. We fought and fought hard. I thought our team represented Florala and Covington County well with class and great character. We are going to miss our seniors who have won 59 games and three area championships over the past three seasons. Our coaching staff is excited to get back to work with the next group and continue this success. Go Wildcats,” Head Coach Tyler Zessin said.
