Surrounded by family, friends, teammates, coaches, and administrators, Dillan Purifoy culminated a stellar career at Pleasant Home by signing to play basketball at Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa on Friday, May 9.

Dillan averaged 20 points and 13 rebounds per game as a senior while leading the Eagles to a 16-4 record and a final regular season state ranking of sixth.

“Dillan’s basketball IQ is off the charts,” said PHS Head Coach Ken Bledsoe. “He has an exceptional work ethic and the skills to play any position. Dillan is an outstanding basketball player and an even better person. We are confident he will be successful at the next level.”
