Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments July 23, 2012:

• James Leroy Franklin, 38, for failure to pay child support and held without bond.

• Lisa Marie Halford, 44, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Jason L. Cooper, 32, for failure to pay child support and held without bond.

• Hunter Levi Saultz, 24, for violation of probation and held without bond.
