Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Sept. 3, 2012:

• Thomas H. Ray, 28, for domestic violence III and criminal mischief and held on $6,000 bond.

• James E. Tillery, 23, for domestic violence III and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Terry Lee Rhudy, 43, for public intoxication and held on a $300 bond.
