Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Nov. 27, 2012:

• Jerry Richardson, 44, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Winnie Jean Blan, 54, for theft of property I and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Dianne K. Rothgeb, 24, for chemical endangerment and held on a $250,000 bond.

• Casey R. Hallam, 24, for complicity and held on a $1,500 bond.
