MARTHA MOTT WARTHEN WORLEY

Martha Mott Warthen Worley, 75, of Andalusia, passed away Sun., Dec. 9, 2012, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., today, Wed., Dec. 12, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Billy Boles officiating and interment following in Stone Lake Gardens.

Survivors include her daughters, Linda (Ray) Pettit of Andalusia and Carolyn (Jessie) Weaver of Florala; sons, Tommy (Elisha) Averill of Andalusia and Tim (Amanda) Worley; grandchildren, Russell Wallace, Pam Jackson, Bobbie Lynn Cruz, Brandon Averill, Kelley Averill, Zach Averill, Chris Cook, Kristy Lolley, Shawna Worley, Whitney Worley, Destinee Oates and Alyssa Dean; 14 great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn Bryant of Andalusia; and nieces, Vicki Bryant and Shanna Bryant Davis.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry Thomas Warthen and Pearly Olene Warthen.

MICHELLE JENNINGS

Michelle Jennings, 45, of Andalusia, passed away Sat., Dec. 9, 2012.

Funeral services will be held at 6 p.m., today, Wed., Dec. 12, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Billy Boles officiating.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to services at Keahey Funeral Home.

Survivors include her other, Helena Jennings of Andalusia, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her father, George Jennings Sr., and her brother, George Jennings Jr.

JAMES ANTHON PATTERSON

James Anthon Patterson, 70, formerly of Andalusia, a retired Air Force Colonel and respected businessman, passed away Dec. 6, 2012, near his San Antonio, Texas, home with his wife by his side.

He had an irrepressible enthusiasm for life and loved being in the company of family and friends. He is remembered for his incredible sense of humor, generosity and compassion.  Services were held in San Antonio, Texas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Addie Ruth and Randolph “Pat” Patterson, and his grandchild, Trevor Patterson.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Loretta Patterson of San Antonio, Texas; his son, Jeffrey Patterson (Dawn) of San Diego, Calif.; his daughter, Donna Bishop (Allen) of Demopolis; granddaughter, Kasii Patterson.; great-granddaughter, Amelia Lichty, both

of San Diego, Calif.; two sisters, Carolyn Sanders (Mixon) of Andalusia and Patricia Arant (Charles)  of Monroe, N.C.; and numerous extended family.

ELIZABETH MAY KYLE

Elizabeth May Kyle, 89, of Montgomery, loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away on Fri., Dec. 7, 2012.

Her memorial service was held on Sun., Dec. 10, at 3 p.m. at St. James United Methodist Church with the Rev. Walter Albritton officiating.

Mrs. Kyle was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. G.O. Bush; her husband, Don C. Kyle; and her brother, Gaston Bush.

She is survived by her children, Campbell Kyle (Candy), Carolyn Kyle and Kayren Pittman; grandchildren, Kim Johnson (Brian), Jill Jackson (Jeremy), Powell Pittman and Elizabeth Pittman; and great-grandchildren, Jake and Ginny Johnson and Taylor, Brodie and Chris Jackson.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. James United Methodist Church of Montgomery or St. Mary’s Episcopal Church of Andalusia.

 

JONI HALLAM THOMASON

Joni Hallam Thomason, 54, of Andalusia passed away Mon., Dec. 10, 2012, at her residence.

Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m., Thurs., Dec. 13, at Keahey Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.

Survivors include her husband, Larry Thomason; daughters, Lacy Rose Stinson, both of Red Level, and Bria Jeanette Hallam of Brooklyn; sons, Casey R. Hallam of Red Level, Carroll Sanders of Illinois and David Hallam of Indiana; mother, Malen Daniel; father, Doyle R. Daniel; brother, Ray Daniel, all of Kentucky; and grandchildren, Andrew Aubrey Mills, Austin Hallam, Brianna Hallam, Whitney Hallam and Corbin Sanders.
