Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police Departments Jan. 2, 2013:

• Tanya Lynn Bender, 36, for bondsman off bond and held on a $40,000 bond.

• Michael H. Fackler Jr., 41, for burglary III, theft of property II and criminal mischief III and held on a $23,000 bond.

• Stephanie Hyde, 38, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Meghan A. Scott, 21, for theft of property III and held on a $500 bond.

• Jason E. Watson, 35, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• Becky L. Sanders, 51, for three counts of negotiating a worthless instrument and held on a $9,000 bond.
