• Kelsey A. Taylor, 18, for possession of marijuana II, possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol and held on a $2,500 bond.

• Robert K. Keahey, 20, for driving under the influence, possession of marijuana II, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and minor in possession of alcohol and held on a $31,000 bond.

• Joshua B. Whiteside, 18, for possession of marijuana II, possession of drug paraphernalia and minor in possession of alcohol and held on a $2,500 bond.

• Whitney L. Stanley, 22, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Latoya Hobdy, 29, for menacing and held on a $500 bond.

• Seth D. Talbot, 32, for menacing and obstruction of governmental operations and held on a $500 bond.

• Tonya Piland, 25, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Alphonso W. Hamilton, 50, for possession of a forged instrument II and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Robert James Jones Jr., 53, for possession of a forged instrument II and held on a $10,000 bond.

• Joanas K. Brown, 31, for public intoxication and held on a $500 bond.

• Rochelle L. Saucie, 20, for failure to appear and held without bond.
