• Patrick Malcolm, 46, for failure to pay child support and held without bond.

• Zachary Tillis, 41, for failure to pay child support and held without bond.

• Shannon Lolley, 23, for a grand jury indictment for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and attempting to elude and held on a $40,000 bond.

• Joseph Acreman, 23, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Burtish Quarles, 35, on a municipal court order and held without bond.

• Becky Sanders, 52, on a municipal court order and held without bond.

• Arthur Smiley, 53, for driving while under the influence and held on a $1,000 bond.

• James E. Bell, 34, for failure to pay child support and held without bond.

• Rita R. Arnett, 49, for domestic violence III and held on a $500 bond.

• Crystal Gillum, 23, for failure to appear and held on a $318 cash bond.

• Skylar Hill, 25, for failure to appear and held without bond.

• Aaron Underwood, 49, for probation violation and held without bond.

• Ashley R. Garrett, 27, for theft of property II and burglary III and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Alvie Ainsworth, 37, for three grand jury indictments for distribution of a controlled substance and one indictment for possession of a controlled substance and held on a $600,000 bond.
