JOHN E. HENDRIX

John E. Hendrix, 84, of Red Level, passed away on Thurs., Nov. 14, 2013, at his residence.

Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m. today, Sat., Nov. 16, at Pigeon Creek Baptist Church with Pastor Shawn Dutcher officiating and Keahey Funeral Home directing.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Hendrix of Red Level; daughters, Joycelyn (Donnie) Hall of Andalusia and Shirley (Ben) Walden of Columbus, Ga.; brother, Lomax Hendrix of Red Level; and numerous nieces and nephews.

 

WILLIAM LARRY CROSS

A celebration of life memorial service for William Larry Cross will be held on Sun., Nov. 17, at 2 p.m., at Conecuh River Baptist Church.

Cross was born on May 6, 1965. He passed away in Neptune, N.J., at the age of 48, on Nov. 4 2012, after an extended illness.

Cross is the son of the late Robert and Barbara Cross of Pleasant Home.

All friends and family are invited to the memorial service.

 

EARL DEWAYNE CLEGORN

Earl Dewayne Cleghorn, 70, of Andalusia, passed away on Thurs., Nov. 14, 2013, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sun., Nov. 17, at Andalusia Church of God with the Rev. Glenn Vaughn and the Rev. Kenny Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery.

Visitation will be today from 4-8 at Foreman Funeral Home.

Survivors include his wife, Rebecca Cleghorn of Andalusia; a son, Nicky (Emily) Cleghorn of Andalusia; three daughters, Dina (Daryl) Beverly of Georgiana, Stacie (John) Hudson of Florala and Sara (Ron) Williams of Andalusia; seven grandchildren, Kennedy Cleghorn, Justin Beverly, Zack Beverly, Sean Grissett, J.D. Hudson, Caroline Carter and Haley Odom; one great-grandchild, Tate Carter; mother, Frances Cleghorn; sister, Juanita Gray; and a brother, Gerald Cleghorn.
