Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp, Gantt and River Falls Police

Departments Tue., Jan. 14, 2014:

• Joshua Wayne Feagin, 30, for manufacturing a controlled substance, stolen property, trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $1.56 million bond.

• Aliecia Jean Hall, 30, for manufacturing a controlled substance, stolen property, trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia, and held on a $1.56 million bond.

• Angelina Hicks Cumins, 47, for a grand jury inquiry, and held on a $20,000 bond.

• Timothy James Smith, 19, for failure to appear in court and a grand jury inquiry and held without bond.

• Samuel Edward Carter, 35, for violation of probation and held without bond.

• Elizabeth C. Barnes, 63, for violation of probation and held without bond.
