THE REV. JOHN OLIVER CRITTENDEN

The Rev. John Oliver Crittenden, 96, formally of River Falls, passed away in Louisville, Ky.

Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.

 

LENA LAMBERT

Lena Lambert, 91, of the Heath Community, passed away on Wed., Jan. 22, 2014, at her residence.

Graveside services will be held at 11:30 a.m., Sat., Jan. 25, at Bethany Cemetery with Jason Gunter and Durwood Cleland officiating. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Foreman Funeral Home.

Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Travis and Jan Lambert and Elton Lambert of Andalusia; grandson, Billy Lambert of Andalusia; great-grandson, Justin Lambert; and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Bethany Building Fund.

BONNIE INEZ MORGAN BOWERS RODGERS

Bonnie Inez Morgan Bowers Rodgers, 86, of Opp, died Wed., Jan. 22, 2014, in the Andalusia hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Sat., Jan. 25, from Wyatt Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in Pine Level Cemetery. Elder Edward Green Morgan will officiate.

The family will receive friends tonight from 6 until 8.

Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons, Brook Wallace, Trevor Wallace, Ryan Wallace, Jason Grant, Kevin Grant, Ashley Bowers, Adam Bowers and Lucas Bowers.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Vaughn and Robin Bowers and Richard and Maria Anna Bowers; daughter, Janice B. Wallace; daughter and son-in-law, Marcia and Rickey Grant; brothers, Elder Edward Green Morgan and Larry Snow Morgan; sisters, Lillian Marie Morgan, Ruby Nell Schofield and Eva Elaine Brown; 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, ID Bowers; parents, Huey Green and Bonnie Eva Jane Day Morgan; sisters, Virginia Mae McKay; and brother, Huey Wayne Morgan.

The family will accept flowers, or memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
