The city of Andalusia and the game of dominoes go hand-in-hand, and this week, members of the Andalusia Rotary Club spent some time with children in the summer enrichment program at Andalusia Elementary School, teaching the kids the basics of the game that has drawn famous names such as legendary University of Alabama football coach Paul W. “Bear” Bryant and comedian Jerry Clower to town.

The Rotary Club will sponsor the World Championship Domino Tournament July 11-12.

The domino lessons will continue each Thursday at 8 a.m. until July 11.
