Billy Jones Taylor

Mr. Billy Jones Taylor, age 75, of East Brewton, passed away on Mon., Aug. 4, 2014 in a Pensacola hospital.

He was a native of Paul and long-time resident of East Brewton.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Julius W. Taylor and Ouida Jones Taylor; brother, Julius Michael Taylor; wife, Lillie Faye Smith; and wife, Patricia Gail Pertree Taylor.

He is survived by his children, Trent (Patty) Taylor of Andalusia, Twyla (Jeff) Kelley of Jay, Fla., and Trey Taylor of East Brewton; grandchildren, Ryne, Tiffany and Paige Taylor of Andalusia, and Taylor, Reid and Landon Kelley of Jay.

A memorial service will be held on Sat., Aug. 9, at 10 a..m. at New Providence Church in Paul.

TONY SMITH

Mr. Tony Smith, age 31, of Andalusia passed away Sat., Aug. 2, 2014 at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., today, Wed., Aug. 6 at Zion Hill Baptist Church. The Rev. Frankie McVay will officiate. Burial will follow in Zion Hill Baptist Church cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.

The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Survivors include his mother, Donna Smith of Andalusia; son, Kyle Lee Smith and daughter, Heidi Smith, both of Elba; and brothers, Rusty Smith and Thomas Smith, Jr. of Andalusia.

He was preceded in death by his father, Tommy Smith; and grandparents,

Ollie and Jim McVay, and James and Evelyn Smith.

 

KEITH “BEEFY” FOSHEE

Mr. Keith “Beefy” Foshee, age 46, of Andalusia died Mon., August 4, 2014 at Andalusia Hospital. Funeral services were held on Wed., Aug. 6 at Foreman Funeral Home Chapel.

Mr. Foshee is survived by his wife, Amy Foshee of Andalusia; son, Tucker Foshee of Andalusia; parents, Bobby and Dianne Foshee of Andalusia; brother and sister-in-law, Brian and Sonja Foshee of Camp LeJeune, N.C.; and two nephews, Cayce and Cohl Foshee.

Pallbearers included: Jimmy Grissett, Dennis O’Neal, Bill Spurlin, Chuck Studstill, Randy Taylor and Steve Meeks.
