Thurs., Sept. 17

• Keith Allan Powell, 47, for possession of marijuana II, possession of drug paraphernalia and open container and held on a $2,500 bond.

• Judson Heath Spain, 29, for possession of marijuana II, possession of drug paraphernalia and open container and held on a $2,500 bond.

• Tammy Marie Bass, 35, for domestic violence III and held on a $3,000 bond.

• Gregory Lewis Davis, 37, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• John Eric Owens, 30, for driving under the influence and held on a $7,500 bond.

• Rosa Lynda Smith, 34, for public intoxication and held on a $3,000 bond. ­­

 

Clarification: The Fri., Sept. 12 arrest report stated that Michael J. Williams, 39, was arrested for burglary III. The Covington County Jail said Williams was arrested for failure to appear.
