The Opp Police Department is investigating a Saturday night incident in which an 18-year-old male received a non-life threatening gunshot wound to his right leg.

OPD Chief Mike McDonald said officers responded to the 600 block of Fourth Street Saturday night at about 10:14. Officers determined the young man was shot while he was on Hardage Circle.
