• Anthony Tersegno, 28, for two grand jury indictments and held on a $156,000 bond.

• Margaret Williams, 44, for two counts of failure to appear and held without bond.

• Daniel Tyler Heartsill, 38, for obstruction of government operations and held without bond.

• Jessica Stokes, 25, for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and held on a $13,000 bond.
