Arrested and booked into the Covington County Jail by the Covington County Sheriff’s Office – including the Florala, Lockhart, Red Level, Opp and River Falls Police Departments
Tues., May 5, 2009
• John Wayne Watson, 40, on the charge of failure to appear and held without bond.
• William S. Thompson, 57, on the charge of failure to appear and held without bond.
• Susan S. Fail, 28, on an alias warrant (no tag) and held on a $500 bond.
• Anita Gantt, 38, on 12 counts of failure to appear and held without bond.
• Taylor Anastacia Johnson, 26, on a bench warrant and held without bond.
Andalusia Police Department
Arrests
• Nico Johnson on a misdemeanor charge of harassment after a verbal, non-physical altercation with another male. He was released on a $500 bond.
Reports
• Three suspicious circumstances.
Clarification: In the Tues., May 5, edition of The Star-News, Jennifer Lindsey was reportedly arrested on charges of theft of property by the Andalusia Police Department. This is not the Jennifer Lindsey that teaches at Red Level School. The Star-News is happy to set the record straight.

Beanstalk...I believe that he was turned in by the other family. He turned himself in as any good Andalusian would do...don't think anything will come of this...a little family jealousy me thinks. GO NICO
