The high school volleyball teams from Andalusia High School and Opp High School will be on the road today for the next-to-last match of the regular season for both squads.

The Andalusia Lady Bulldogs travel to Ariton for a date with the Ariton Lady Purple Cats.

The Lady Bulldogs enter the match after a lopsided victory against the Red Level Lady Tigers and a marathon match against the Opp Lady Bobcats in a tri-match last Thursday.

The trip to Ariton will be one of two final tune-ups for the varsity Lady Bulldogs before the area tournament set for next Monday.

The junior varsity squad from Andalusia will start the match with the first serve set for 6 p.m. The varsity Lady Bulldogs are scheduled to take the court after the JV match.

The Opp Lady Bobcats travel to Kinston today for a tri-match against Geneva and Kinston. The Lady Bobcats were in Ozark Monday for a match.

The tri-match is set to begin at 4 p.m. today.

The Andalusia and Opp squads will also be in action on Thursday.

The Lady Bulldogs travel to Daleville on Thursday for a match.

The Lady Bobcats travel to Elba for the final match of the regular season.

The area tournament is slated for Monday, Oct. 21 and will be hosted by the Opp Lady Bobcats.
