JD Tulles

JD Tulles, of Greenville, N.C., reared in Andalusia, died March 31, 2003.

Funeral arrangments are incomplete and will be announced by Flanagan Funeral Home.

Woodrow Foreman

Woodrow Foreman, 80, of Andalusia, died Monday, March 31, 2003 in an Andalusia nursing home.

Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, April 2, 2003 at Keahey Funeral Home.

Survivors include daughters, Lynn Foreman of Andalusia and Jo Ann Smith of Cleveland, Ohio; sister Vera George of Andalusia; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.

Mr. Woodrow Foreman was preceded in death by one grandson, Joey Smith.

Joyce Lee Castleberry

Joyce Lee Castleberry, 69, of Red Level, died Tuesday, April 1, 2003 in a local hospital.

Funeral services for Mr. Castleberry will be held Thursday, April 3, 2003 at 11 a.m. from the Buck Creek Bapitst Church with interment in the church cemetery. Dr. Dwight Smith and Rev. Mitchell Smith will officiate.

Survivors include his wife, Carolyn Ann Castleberry of Red Level; one daughter, Lee Ann (Rev. Joey); Turman of Mobile; two sons, Richard (Ruth Anne) Castleberry of Talladega and Reese Castleberry of Red Level; five grandchildren; his mother, Ethel Lee Castleberry of Red Level; two brothers, Johnny Castleberry of Red Level and T.D. Castleberry of Andalusia; three sisters, Euvida Spivey of Albany, Ga., Glenda Carter and Linda Ingram, both of Gantt.

He was preceded in death by his father,

T.D. Castleberry, a brother, Rob Castleberry and sisters, Eula Mae Neighbors, Ola Mae Neese, Abbie Lee Aplin and Pat Ward.

Pallbearers will be Kip Carter, Jeff Castleberry, William Johnston, Josh Smith, Tim Wise and L.V. Bullock.

The body will lie in state at the church 30 minutes prior to services.

The family request that memorials be made to Buck Creek Baptist Church.

Hailey Elizabeth Puckett

Hailey Elizabeth Puckett, 2 1/2, of Long Beach, Miss. died Monday, March 31, 2003 in Mobile.

Hailey Elizabeth was a native and life long resident of Long Beach. She passed away after a brief illness caused by a brain tumor. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shephard. "Hailey Poo," our little angel, we will miss you but we will see you soon.

Hailey is survived by her parents, Michael and Heather Puckett of Long Beach; a brother Noah Puckett of Long Beach; grandparents, Drew and Nancy McDowell of Long Beach and Gerald and Shirley Puckett of Richland, Miss.

Visiatation will be Thursday, April 3, 2003 at Riemann Long Beach Chappel from 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral services will be at the Church of the Good Shephard, Espy Avenue, Pass Christian at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Long Beach City Cemetery.
