Shawn Page, 5, of Andalusia, died Monday, May 19, 2003, in an Andalusia hospital.

Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, May 23 at Stone Lake Gardens Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.

Survivors include his parents, Michael and Angela Page; two brothers, Daniel Garrett and Thomas Aaron Kirkland, all of Andalusia;

one sister, Alexandria Brieanna Page,

all of Andalusia;

maternal grandparents, Gene and Charlene Miller of Milton, Fla.; maternal grandparents, Lamar and Irene Garrett of Red Level; paternal grandmother, Margie Page of Andalusia; paternal great-grandmother, Anne Maude Coon of Opp.
