The Avalanche scored four runs to edge the Eagles by a final score of 4-1 in youth softball action at Johnson Park.

Lauren Carroll scored two runs for the Avs in the victory with Hannah Bush and Hannah Harrelson adding one run each.

In other action, the Angels weathered the Storm earning a 16-9 win. J. Kelly scored three runs for the Angels in the win. J. Armstrong, M. Fagerstrom, B. Maddox and A. Staley added two runs each for the Angels. A. Smith, J. Couch and K. Champion each scored one run in the win.

The Tigers clawed out a 14-13 win against the Dixie in recent action. Alexa, Mandi and Tori B. scored two runs each for the Tigers in the win. Amy, Bethany, Sierra, Katie, Taylor, Courtney, Tori D. and Brooke each scored one run.

The Road Runners outran the Eagles for a 13-8 win in a recent game. Kathryn, Kaitlyn, T.D. and Shanda scored two runs each in the win. Katy, Anna, Sam, Meghan J. and Emily each scored one run.

The Andalusia Youth Softball League's season continues tonight at Johnson Park.
