Limma Taylor Harrison
Limma Taylor Harrison, 83, of Opp died Monday, June 30, 2003
in a Crestview nursing home.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2003 at 2 p.m. at Wyatt Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Peaceful Acres Cemetery.
Survivors include daughters, Linda Gunn, Shirley Wiggins, both of Andalusia, and Sue Horath of Dothan; a
brother, Williard Peavy of Opp; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Wyatt Funeral ome.
Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Elizabeth Fletcher Mays
Elizabeth Fletcher Mays, 89, formerly of Birmingham and Andalusia, died on Monday, June 30, 2003.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lem T. Mays.
Survivors include brothers-in-law, O.L. Mays of Birmingham and Robert Strickland of Tuscaloosa.
Graveside services were held at Highland Memorial Gardens, Bessemer at 2 p.m. on July 2, 2003. Ridout's Southern Heritage directed.
Morgan Prestwood
Morgan Prestwood, 54, of Andalusia, died Monday, June 30, 2003 in an Andalusia hospital.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Thursday, July 3, 2003 at Andalusia Memorial Cemetery with Keahey Funeral Home directing.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the services at Keahey Funeral Home of Andalusia.
Survivors include his mother, Margaret Copeland Prestwood of Andalusia; daughter, Jaime Prestwood of Andalusia; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lucy E. and John Schliesser of Lakeland, Fla. and Margaret and Richard Vaughn of Pace, Fla.; two grandchildren, Laura Ashley Beck and James Austin Davis; numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Episcopal Church or the charity of your choice.
